Management and Operation of Barnwell Park Golf Course and Pro Shop

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the Management and Operation of Barnwell Park Golf Course and Pro Shop.

The scope of services requires the coordination, supervision and management of the use of the golf course, including:

• Collecting Green Fees
• Administering, implementing and observing adherence to Council Policies with regard to the management and conduct of activities on the Golf Course.

Coordinating, supervising and managing Golf Course Use, as directed by the Lessor, including but not limited to:

• The supervision of the playing of golf on the Golf Course.
• Arranging bookings for play on the Golf Course.
• Generally supervising the proper and efficient conduct, control and use of the Golf Course.
• Keeping accurate statistics on total number of rounds, categories of concessional fees granted, and any other information required by Council.
