Kingston City Council invites companies to download EOI documentation and submit an Expression of Interest for the abovementioned contract.
Please ensure EOI submissions are submitted before the quote close date and time.
Late EOI submissions will not be accepted.
Prospective Respondents will be able to attend a scheduled EOI Briefing at Jack Grut Reserve Pavilion at 2:30pm Wednesday 27 September 2023 noting that this is not a mandatory briefing session.
To register to attend the EOI Briefing please email 24 hours prior to the brief; contracts@kingston.vic.gov.au with names and titles of individuals attending with no more than two individuals per Respondent.
Kingston's aquatic and leisure facilities are a focal point for the health and wellbeing of the local community, attracting significant community interest from a broad demographic of users. Aquatic developments are often the single largest investment project for a local Council and it is therefore vital that appropriate planning, research, and due diligence is undertaken.
The purpose of the Project is to expand aquatic and leisure offerings further south of the municipality, serving the community as a District Level Aquatics and Leisure Centre, that fits within the local context and complements Kingston's regional facility being, Waves Leisure Centre, rather than competing with it.
