Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is working to uplift its Agile capabilities and requires an Agile coach to:
- complete a detailed review of AER's current Agile structure;
- provide recommendations for improvement, post the completion of the review;
- develop standards and requirements for the agile process;
- coach multi-disciplinary teams to implement industry standard agile practices including product vision, user story development, estimation, and ritual facilitation;
- provide on the job training to the team on the agile process including navigating tools and software to aid team growth;
- identify process issues and improvement opportunities;
- support Integration of related methodologies within the agency such as DevOps;
- encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in of agile practices;
- identify project risks and raise them with project management proactively; and
- create a safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration.
The coach will be required to work a total of 30 days spread across 6 months.
