Tender Description
The purpose of the contract is to appoint a panel of qualified contractors to undertake building works and services for future Council Projects. The lead contractors should also engage relevant subcontractors to complete projects if required.
All works/ services covered by this panel contract must be undertaken in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and current building codes. All services must be completed to best industrial practices and must have a strong focus on quality assurance, with competent manners to manage OHS and environmental requirements.
