Tender Description
You are invited to submit a lump sum quotation to undertake site investigations on a parcel of land, approximately 7,429m2 in size, in preparation to develop a community hub supporting early years services and broader community activity. The land is located within an allotment owned by Wellington Shire Council at 116 Cobains Road, Sale.
The consultant should coordinate a site survey, geotechnical soil/environmental assessments and provide a plan outlining connectivity to essential services. This information will be provided to Council in preparation for a potential development.
The requirements of this work are outlined within the attached Scope of Works/Specification.
