Provision of Consultancy Services (AS4000) Contract Administration) Warrnambool ST

⁠⁠⁠Wannon Water currently operates an existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at Elliott St Warrnambool. The STP is about to undergo a separate construction project to expand & improve the existing STP by approximately 50%. The works will be undertaken using a AS4000 contract comprising of:
_ New influent pump station
_ New inlet screening facility
_ Two new IDEA tanks & associated infrastructure
_ Additional automated & manual tertiary fine effluent screens
_ Chemical dosing facilities
_ Odour control facility
_ Blower & MCC building
_ All additional auxiliary systems & processes

The Provision of Consultancy Services (AS 4000 Contract Administration) Warrnambool STP Upgrade project requires a consultant to provide services to administer the AS4000 construction contract as the Superintendent. The role will require the review of the construction project tender assessment, along with all contract administration and Superintendent services typical of an AS4000 contract from award to completion of the construction contract. The anticipated duration of works is in the order of 24-28 months, subject to the construction contract program.
