Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified contractor to undertake the cleaning, sanitary and hygiene services for Council Facilities. The scope of works include the programmed and reactive cleaning of Council Facilities including buildings, sports pavilions and public toilets as well as the associated sanitary and hygiene services and replacement of pet waste bags within the City of Moonee Valley.
