Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for the supply and install of an electrical sub board as per the design drawings at Horsham Riverside Caravan Park.
Your submission will need to include the following:
Allowances for all supply and install of the new sub board, this includes any concrete foundation and soil preparation works as per the attached drawings
The sub board brand of manufacture can be the same, equal or equivalent to that indicated on the design drawings. Should an equal or equivalent sub board be used a full break down of quality and performance should also be submitted with the submission.
Allowance to run a generator to supply the current load to the park for the duration of the install and commissioning of the sub board, to ensure the caravan park to remain operational during the switch over period
Removal and disposal of the old switch board
The current plinth has some decorative rocks as cladding, these rocks should be salvaged and transported to Council’s Botanic yard situated in Fire brace Street. After the salvage the rest of the concrete can be disposed of.
Installation of new underground mains cable from the POWERCOR pole supply into the new switch board including all of the associated compliant switches,
Coordination with all relevant authorities to have the sub board approved prior to installation as well as during commissioning and sign off.
Making good of the site after works are complete this includes compaction and levelling where any trenches and heavy plant have moved, spreading of 100mm layer of loam and seeding with appropriate grass seeds to ensure re-establishment of the area.
