⁠⁠⁠These works include the construction of a new mountain bike track and associated works and all testing/commissioning of the complete works as per drawings and specifications.

 
These Specification notes call for the Construction, Testing and Commissioning and warranty (52 Weeks) of the works, complete with all ancillary Works to provide a fully, operational bike park.
