This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The Client Services team within Comcare provides a responsive and respectful frontline function for desktop and end user support within Comcare’s ICT environment. This team provides guidance and assistance in the management of service requests, incidents and ICT asset management

The Support Technician will provide support for Comcare’s personal computing environment while maintaining and upgrading the standard operating environment (SOE). They will need well developed technical skills and great customer service skills to effectively support Comcare’s ICT environment.

The successful candidate must have experience in delivering a SOE rollout across the organisation, this includes building and deploying laptops and taking direction from the assigned Project Manager.

The successful candidate will have the following;

• Minimum 18 months in a similar role working in an IT Helpdesk environment
• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in handling difficult situations and customers.
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to act independently to resolve problems.
• Initiative and diligence in support and service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completion.
• Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Operations Systems and Client Applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft Exchange / Active Directory.
• Experience with Installation/troubleshooting of user hardware
