Tender Description
We are seeking a Junior Change Analyst to play a key role in ensuring IT projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will support the Lead Organisational Change Manager to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, positions and organisation structures.
The primary responsibilities will include:
• Support the development and delivery of change management strategies and plans
• Assist in conducting change analysis and assessments, including current and future state gap analysis, and assess changes and impacts
• Draft communication and engagement products
• Assist in change reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key project and business stakeholders to enhance relationships and project delivery.
