Tender Description
The Attorney-General’s department is seeking an Administrator in the electronic records system Content Manager (CM) to:
• Maintain and administer the corporate electronic document and records management system with a focus on improving system integrity and accuracy of data in CM datasets.
• Troubleshoot more advanced CM incidents or service requests
• Provide advanced functionality guidance to DVSRC Records team, if required.
• Finds workable solutions to problems, seeking answers from appropriate resources on the best course of action.
• Investigate, promote and manage enhancements to CM e.g.
o CM front end system support on enhancement projects and/or record transfers including digital transfers, import and exports of large volumes of data to and from CM.
• Other duties as directed
