Hobsons Bay City Council (“Council”) is seeking to engage a suitable vendor for the Design Services of for Williamstown & Newport Anglers Club and Fish Protection Society Incorporated (“WNAC”).
Overview of Scope of Work
A suitably qualified and experienced lead consultant with Civil Engineering – Marine & Coastal and Structural Engineering background is sought for the staged design services of the project outlined in the Project Brief and in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender.
The lead consultant will be responsible for the engagement, management and co-ordination of all necessary sub-consultants in the production of documentation and provision of services required to achieve detailed design documentation suitable for construction.
It is essential that the design processes address the requirement for staged construction.
