Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works comprises refurbishment and upgrade work to existing facilities at Monash Barracks – Mt Waverley. The works include architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and fire protection upgrades, including refurbishment of ablution facilities, general building fabric upgrades, and associated services works to improve asset condition, functionality and compliance in accordance with the approved design documentation.
