Tender Description
This RFQ seeks a qualified contractor with appropriate relative experience to undertake a review of asbestos registers (‘Review’) across a number of public health agencies in the south west Victoria region.
The facilities that will be the subject of the Review are those associated with the following public health services (‘the Health Services’):
- Casterton Memorial Hospital
- Heywood Rural Health
- Moyne Health Service
- Portland District Health
- South West Healthcare
- Western District Healthcare Service
The Health Services are co-ordinating their respective procurement efforts as means to help reduce the administrative and financial costs associated with the project with a key driver to better co-ordinate the Review for the participating Health Services. The collaboration is consistent with the principles that underpin the region’s Central Supply & Logistics model that involves 10 Health Service members sharing resources including having a centralised warehouse located in Warrnambool (SWH).
Each Health Service will enter into a separate contract with their preferred supplier. Any resulting contract / deed of agreement will include the name of a single Individual Agency and the Name of the Contractor. This reflects current arrangements.
