Sydney Opera House Trust (SOHT) is seeking a suitably experienced, competent, and skilled organisation to provide a ‘Software-as-a-Service’ Event Management System (EMS) that will retain all existing EMS functionality and extend it to meet current and future SOHT requirements.
As a first step, SOHT is seeking capability statements from vendors who are able to meet the technical requirements and functionality requirements outlined below. SOHT will use that information to inform its procurement approach.
The organisation will need to have demonstrated experience delivering a SaaS event management system to a performing arts centre of similar size and complexity, including multiple indoor and outdoor venues hosting concurrent performances/events from internal and external parties, with detailed planning, delivery and event finalisation functionality.
The tenderer must be a pre-qualified supplier on the ICT Services Scheme - SCM0020.
