Recruitment Assessment Services and Technologies

⁠⁠⁠This procurement will establish a standard panel of recruitment assessment and digital interview suppliers to deliver a consistent, cost-effective, high-quality hiring experience.

Project goals:

The Supplier must be registered or in the process of registering under SCM0012 TAS - Talent Acquisition Scheme in the following categories: 

• 1A. Design and Delivery of Assessments
• 3A. Psychometric Tools
• 4A. Recruitment Technologies

Scope:

a. Online assessments: ability to select a variety of assessments based on the individual recruitment process being undertaken with guidance materials to inform most appropriate assessment for the need and where practical aligned to the NSW Government Capability Framework.

b. Executive & C-Suite assessments: access to a suite of executive‑level assessment tools aligned to the NSW Government Capability Framework, enabling selection of assessments matched to role level and critical capabilities, supported by guidance materials to inform evidence‑based appointment decisions to select the best person for the role

c. Psychometric Assessments: Aligned with NSW Sector Focus Capabilities, with flexibility to be updated and changed as per individual role descriptions.

d. Accessible Technology: a robust and progressive assessment system, that will continue to grow and evolve with offerings and can provide alternatives for candidates with disability who require adjustments and ability for candidates complete using PC or mobile technology.

e. Video interviewing technology: that is built on CX principles, provides candidates with opportunity to undertake interviews using PC or mobile technology, and where questions can be changed and adapted for each individual recruitment process.

Technology that has capacity for two independent assessors to be able to access and assess candidates individually, and if required a 3rd independent review of same candidate with interview intelligence that includes but is not limited to summaries and transcripts.
