Wellington Shire Council would like to engage the services of a suitably qualified consultant to prepare the Port Albert Caravan and Camping Park Feasibility Study.
Key Deliverables
1. Commercial market feasibility of a caravan park and camping ground in Port Albert
2. Site feasibility given compliance and summary of potential costs for further studies and development construction cost.
3. Engagement with key stakeholders including the Port Albert community.
These are to be addressed with the report.
The total available budget for the study is $55,000 (incl GST).
