This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠• The professional services provider will manage the successful delivery of one or more tender packages to market (KPI: Quality scope, fit for purpose, agreed by stakeholders and partners, compliant and released on time)
• Working with existing delivery partners, the provider will coordinate stakeholders in readiness for each stage of the complex Program tender process (approach to market, open period, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation and selection)
• Program resource availability for surge periods during the engagement
• Delivery of the program gateway documentation commensurate with the size and scale of the investment
