Provision of Specialist Professional Services

⁠⁠⁠The supplier is required to provide specialist professional services based on an agreed rate card for the term of the arrangement. 

The seller(s) will provide suitably skilled and accredited resources in one or more of the following functional categories:

Architecture services, which may consist of:

• gather and analyse business, technical, data and associated architectural requirements.
• plan and design a high-level, technology ecosystem.
• align technology investments with business goals.
• establish and enforce technology standards and best practices.
• develop technology roadmaps.
• design specific technology solutions or systems.
• create detailed technical designs and system designs, that identify solution components, interfaces, and integration points.
• implement solutions as required.
• incorporate cyber security measures and data protection considerations.

Business, systems, and process analysis services, which may consist of:

• examine, re-engineer, improve, and document current business processes.
• identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• identify opportunities for streamlining and automation.
• identify opportunities to use emerging technologies including AI, IoT and cloud computing.
• Identify and engage stakeholders.
• define functional and non-functional requirements.
• develop and support user testing scenarios.
• support change, communication, training and engagement activities.

Project, team, change and communication management services, which may consist of:

• Project, team and change management activities
• use project management and agile governance methods and best practices to manage delivery project(s) and or team(s).
• set business priorities, roles and responsibilities throughout the program or project lifecycle
• design and put in place governance processes for digital transformation projects
• design, plan, manage and reinforce design and deliver change programs. This includes assessing business impacts, readiness, communications and training programs and implement target operating models
• help cultural change in a technology driven environment
• risk management, benchmarking, and audit services
• lead stakeholder engagements and meet their requirements through showcases, dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
• manage the delivery of services as required.

DCCEEW has a requirement for a number of differing ICT-related skillsets across a number of different Divisions within the Department. Contracts may be offered to a number of different sellers for different skillsets and for different periods based on the specific needs of the relevant businesses.

Successful seller(s) may be offered one or a number of contracts based on business needs and resource availability.
