This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
AIHW would like to align its ICT costs to a TBM framework classification model and to separate those costs funded by BAU versus other sources (e.g. cost recovery). The intention is for this work to support potential mapping of costs to the AIHW service catalogue or support better guidelines for BAU vs project costs.
AIHW would also like to benchmark these costs to understand the appropriate level of investment in ICT, against organisations of a similar size and profile.
