Chisholm Institute is seeking to engage with experienced commercial contractors to deliver the Frankston Redevelopment Stage 2 – Main Works Package at its Chisholm Frankston Campus located in Frankston. Victoria.
The Main Works Package will include in-ground services, foundations, construction & fit-out of the new Stage 2 building at the Chisholm Institute - Frankston Campus. The new facilities will modernise teaching spaces and student learning areas, update resources and technical capabilities for students training in multimedia, arts, tourism and hospitality.
This is a high-profile project for the Frankston Community and surrounds and will deliver an important building for the precinct.
Chisholm Institute (Chisholm) is a government-owned TAFE and is one of Victoria’s premier public vocational education and training providers, prominently placed across Melbourne’s south east manufacturing heartland and residential growth corridors.
