Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
• Produce current state and future report. The report must include:
o Detail current state across AWE
o Identify opportunities for upgrade/consolidation of OEM instances
o List of recommendations and upgrade options to uplift maturity
o Proposed solution high level design for each option (e.g. in place upgrade, consolidation, etc.)
o Proposed solution high level integration points for each option (e.g. Splunk, SM9, etc.)
• Upgrade OEM to minimum supported version that can be used with SCOM 2019 RU3
• Upgraded solution Detailed Design and As built documentation where applicable
• Assistance with OEM Integration to SCOM & SM9
• Implement agreed uplift/consolidation recommendations where appropriate
