Expressions of interest from registered builders for construction of Stage 1 works at St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School, The Basin. Works include demolition, a new single storey learning community building (approx 450 sq m), undercroft store, landscaping and site works.
EOI are to provide detailed material outlining your resources, examples of similar completed projects, referees, QA, IR and OHS; and provide evidence of financial capacity including a copy of audited P&L accounts and balance sheets for the past 2 years, or a similar summary that discloses the true financial position.
