Wyndham City Council is calling tenders seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of Private Property Maintenance and Fire Prevention Services.

The term of the Contract is three (3) years with a further one (1) year option on a fixed schedule of rates basis.

The works and services sought and by no means limited to mowing, brush cutting, slashing and removal and disposal of inert waste.

Tenderers should ensure that they read the tender package fully to ascertain the nature of the works and services and the terms on which it is to be performed.

The tender documents are available for download from the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal, respondents to note that registration on the portal is required. There is no cost to register.

All enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the Message Forum established for this tender.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Wyndham City Council Supplier Portal no later than 12.00 Noon (AEST) Wednesday 14th July 2021.

Late, emailed and facsimiled tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
