Overview
The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is seeking responses to Request for Tender (RFT) T2026-00375 for the provision of fuel break slashing and mandatory verge maintenance services across nominated Port Phillip, Metro District public land, road, track, park and interface locations.

Purpose
The services are required to support fire preparedness, emergency access, public safety, road and track trafficability, safe lines of sight and vegetation management outcomes.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Fuel break slashing services across nominated Port Phillip, Metro District public land, road, track, park and interface locations
- Mandatory verge maintenance services across the same nominated locations
Contractor Requirements
- Capable of delivering both service streams (fuel break slashing and verge maintenance) across awarded Works Packages
- Deliver services in accordance with DEECA directions, maps, schedules, technical specifications, safety requirements, environmental controls and contract requirements
