Overview
Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor who operates under a commercial builder's licence to upgrade the fire services at Council's Operations Centre, located on the corner of Civic Parade and Sugargum Drive, Altona.

Site Inspection
Attendance at one of the nominated site visits is mandatory for a tenderer to submit a conforming tender. A tender submitted by a tenderer that does not attend either site visit will be deemed non-conforming and will not be considered for evaluation.
Tenderers must register for the site visit by contacting the Procurement Contact Officer and providing the names and roles of the proposed attendees. Following registration, confirmation will be issued together with the site address and any other relevant details.
