Overview
The City of Stonnington is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to deliver open space maintenance and sportsground services across the municipality, maintaining safety, presentation and asset performance standards through an integrated service delivery model.

The City of Stonnington manages an extensive network of parks, sportsgrounds, streetscapes and community recreation assets that support high levels of daily community use. These open spaces accommodate organised sport, informal recreation, events and passive enjoyment, and include natural turf sportsgrounds, cricket practice facilities, playgrounds, garden beds, nature strips and road reserve vegetation.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Routine mowing and turf care
- Cricket wicket preparation
- Litter collection
- Playground inspections and minor repairs
- Dog bag replenishment
- Nature strip reinstatement
- Vegetation management
This contract will ensure consistent service delivery, asset longevity and high-quality public amenity across the municipality.
