Tender Description
Overview
The City of Yarra is inviting tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the delivery of the Brunswick Street Oval Precinct Sports Pavilion Project, under a Design and Construct Contract.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design development and completion of design for a new two-storey sports pavilion and associated precinct infrastructure
- Coordination and management of the design and construction process
- Obtaining statutory approvals
- Construction, commissioning and handover of the new sports pavilion and precinct infrastructure
- Delivery of a modern, accessible and sustainable sports and community facility
- Associated civil, landscape and utility services works
- Associated access, parking and external works required to support operation of the precinct
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified supplier capable of delivering the project under a Design and Construct Contract
