Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

MAV Procurement, on behalf of Victorian councils and approved agencies, invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of Parks and Playground Equipment and Associated Products and Services (MAV-PP892-27).

Scope

The proposed panel covers eight categories including:

  • Playground equipment and surfaces
  • Outdoor fitness and recreation
  • Park furniture
  • Public amenities
  • Shade and shelters
  • Public realm infrastructure
  • Landscaping and environmental infrastructure
  • Design and professional services

Contractor Requirements

Tenderers may submit responses for one or more categories based on their demonstrated capability and capacity.

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • Proposed contract term: an initial three (3) years
  • Optional extensions: two (2) optional two-year extensions
