Scope of Supply:
Monash Health are seeking a suitable supplier to provide Water Treatment Products and Services across Monash Health sites
Monash Health has a Cooling Towers, Steam Boilers, Heating Hot Water Plants, Chilled Water Plants and Closed Loop Condenser Water Plant Systems across the sites which must be serviced and maintained as per the required standards to ensure safe operation, effective life cycle utilisation and mandatory compliance with safety standards.
The maintenance Agreement will include the following sites:
- Monash Medical Centre Clayton ‐ 246 Clayton Road Clayton
- Monash Children’s Hospital ‐ 246 Clayton Road Clayton
- Moorabbin Hospital– 823 ‐ 865 Centre Road Bentleigh
- Dandenong Hospital – 135 David Street Dandenong
- Cranbourne CICC – 140 ‐ 154 Sladen Street Cranbourne
- Kingston Centre - 400 Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham
- Chestnut Gardens Aged Care Centre- 2A Chestnut Rd, Doveton
- VHH to be included in this tender
