Monash Health is seeking responses to this ITS with the intention of appointing one or more Suppliers to provide the Requirements.
1. Scope of Supply:
The key deliverable of this tender is to provide a full turnkey solution for the purchase and installation of the equipment as the change requirement arises per the program.
1. Equipment replacement at the various Central Sterilising Services Departments. Inclusive of all associated building, construction, electrical and plumbing works. Ensuring all works are compliant with current Australian building and associated codes. The submission must include:
- an itemised installation project plan and associated costs,
- schematic diagrams of the proposed installation.
- assurance that all contractors are certified to carry works out and can provide evidence of indemnity insurance to the value of the project.
2. Delivery, Installation and commissioning of Equipment
3. Ongoing Maintenance and Support
Note: Some building works may be required based on the preferred equipment selection.
This equipment is used at the following Monash Health sites:
- Monash Medical Centre, Clayton
- Dandenong
- Cranbourne
- Moorabbin
