HealthShare Victoria (HSV) invites responses for the provision of Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Elbow, and Wrist replacement products to participating health services.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of prosthesis products related to hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, and wrist arthroplasty
• Provision of associated consumables related to hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, and wrist arthroplasty
• Provision of a goods consignment service
• Provision of education and training
• Provision of clinical support

• Post release information/briefing session: Early September 2026 (if required only, date and time to be updated)

Instructions to Tenderers

Suppliers are required to register on the HSV website prior to being able to access tender documentation. To register for a supplier account, visit https://healthsharevic.org.au/register/. If support is required with registration, contact the Helpdesk at helpdesk@healthsharevic.org.au.

Once a supplier account has been approved, the tender can be accessed as follows:

• Log into your HSV website account at https://healthsharevic.org.au/, which will land on My Dashboard
• Select JAGGAER Advantage Procurement Portal from your Quick links
• The Procurement Portal will load in a new browser window
• All open tenders are available from RFX OPEN TO ALL SUPPLIERS in the Main Dashboard
• Select the numbered link aligned with Currently Open for either an RFQ or RFI
• You must Express Interest in the tender before you can access the information and documents

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer).
