Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Safety Link is a division of GH that provides Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) monitoring to clients across Australia. Safety Link is seeking information from suppliers of PERS alarm hardware to support current and future service delivery requirements.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to:

  •  understand the current PERS hardware market capabilities and innovation
  •  understand potential adjacent/complementary technologies that can be used alongside PERS hardware for vulnerable clients
  •  identify potential suppliers and solutions
  •  inform future procurement approaches
