Overview
Peter Mac is seeking an Expression of Interest for the replacement of Pendants and AV equipment in Theatres, together with ongoing service and maintenance of this equipment.
About
This is a joint project between Honeywell, the facility management company, and Peter Mac. Honeywell is responsible for the replacement and maintenance of the Pendants, whereas Peter Mac is responsible for the replacement and maintenance of the AV equipment.
Purpose
Given the two modalities need to integrate seamlessly and provide a unified solution, it was determined that a singular Expression of Interest would be run to encompass all requirements. Honeywell will have an active role in the selection of the preferred tenderer.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Replacement of Pendants and AV equipment in Theatres
- Ongoing service and maintenance of the Pendants and AV equipment
Instructions to Tenderers
This project is being run as an EOI. Peter Mac will utilise the financial detail submitted to request funding from the Board of Directors. Once funding is secured, the project will be awarded. Please refer to the timeline within the tender document.
After award, purchase orders and contracts will be issued separately for each modality, with Honeywell issuing documentation for the Pendants and Peter Mac issuing documentation for the AV equipment. Please note that all requirements will be negotiated simultaneously.
