Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (‘Department’), invites Individuals to tender for the provision of Evaluation and Support Services for ODA (Official Development Assistance) Procurement, Grant, and Other Arrangements in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

 

Through this RFT the Department is seeking Individual experts that can primarily be a participating member or provide support to procurement evaluation committees and selection committees for grants and other financial arrangements. For procurement evaluation committees the Department typically has four voting members with two being independent. It is these roles the Department is primarily seeking to fill through this RFT. Independent evaluation committee members should, among other things, be able to critically evaluate tender responses in terms of the operational and commercial value and risk that they pose. To do so evaluators must be able to understand the complexities and risks in operating multimillion-dollar multiyear projects in resource constrained environments.
