Overview
The Government is seeking a suitably qualified Supplier to deliver a time-limited feasibility and scoping study for a Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) records management and information sharing system.
Purpose
The Government is seeking to address long-standing challenges in the management and sharing of Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence (DFSV) information. Current arrangements are fragmented, rely heavily on manual processes, and limit effective coordination across agencies and service providers.
The requirement is to support a more integrated, evidence-based approach to information management that enables improved risk management, service coordination and victim-centred outcomes across the DFSV system.
Objectives
The expected outcome is to establish a clear and evidence-based foundation for future Government decision-making, including capability, operating model, governance, process and enabling technology considerations, as well as consideration of high-level costs.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Delivery of a time-limited feasibility and scoping study into DFSV records management and information sharing
- Consideration of capability requirements for a future DFSV information management approach
- Consideration of operating model options
- Consideration of governance arrangements
- Consideration of process requirements
- Consideration of enabling technology options
- Consideration of high-level costs
