Tender Description
Council invites you to make a Tender Offer for preparation of detailed design and tender documentation for the proposed Indoor Stadium (Stage 1) Warragul Leisure Centre on the terms of these Tender Conditions. The scope of works under this contract involves the development of detailed construction drawings, 3d models, renders material specifications and bill of quantities including Cost Plan D that can be used for tendering and construction purposes. The services also include the supply of all necessary contract specifications, construction schedules, cost estimates, building permits and assistance to Council's Project Manager for preparation of Planning Permit Application and Tender Documentation.
