Tender Description
The City of Greater Dandenong (CGD or Council) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Primary Contractor to construct a Health and Wellbeing Gymnasium at the Noble Park Aquatic Centre (NPAC).
The construction program includes a part redevelopment and two storey extension of the Centre to include a gymnasium, group fitness rooms, amenities, social space, administration / assessment room and storage. The existing centre (including indoor and outdoor pools, program rooms, café and amenities) will be required to remain operational during the construction period.
This development is the first stage of the NPAC Redevelopment and is being supported by the Victorian Government under the Community Sport Infrastructure Stimulus Program.
