Construction of Greensborough War Memorial Pavilion

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the refurbishment and expansion works at the Greensborough War Memorial Pavilion located at 28 McDowell Street, Greensborough VIC 3088.

As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Programme for the year 2020-21, Council is planning to undertake the refurbishment and expansion works at Greensborough War Memorial Pavilion (28 McDowell Street, Greensborough VIC 3088). The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving: 

• Demolition works
• Refurbishment & extension to the existing toilet amenities
• Refurbishment & extension to the home & away changerooms
• Addition of a storage room
• General civil works
• External services upgrades (hydrant installation and commissioning)
• Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing)
• Site clean-up
