Tender Description
Submissions are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for appointment to Manningham City Council's Open Space and Landscape Construction Services Panel (the Panel).
The Panel will assist the Council with the repairs, renewals, upgrades and new initiatives to the open space assets across the City of Manningham.
The Contract will be for an initial term of three years with an option to Council to extend the Contract for a further maximum period of two years, with two twelve month extension options at Council's discretion.
Contractors may tender for one or more of the categories.

Any questions about this request should be submitted through the online "Question Forum" . The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.
The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal quotations will not be considered.
