Tender Description

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the refurbishment works at Warringal Park Pavilion, located at 2 Beverley Road, Heidelberg VIC 3084.

As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Programme for the year 2019-20, Council is planning to undertake the refurbishment works at Warringal Park Pavilion (2 Beverley Road, Heidelberg VIC 3084). The scope of works is generally as depicted includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:

Demolition works
Male and female WCs
Changeroom refurbishments
New mechanical exhausts
Rectification works to fire wall
General civil works
Arrange inspections for Building Surveyor (Building Permit to be arranged by BCC prior to works commencing)
Site clean-up

The contractor is to note that the scope of the works includes the identification, investigation, removal and safe disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM).
