DoT requires the services of an expert third-party specialist consultant (Service Provider) with knowledge of heavy and light rail operations, readiness and assurance processes. The successful Service Provider will provide independent audit and readiness assurance reporting for delivery of Network Service Changes for the Victorian Rail Network and Metropolitan Tram Network (Services).
DoT will engage a Service Provider to provide these services on an ad-hoc basis for a period of two years (with the possibility of 1 x 1 year extension at the discretion of the Department) during the implementation of various Network Service Changes.
