Tender Description
Wannon Water proposes to remove sludge from lagoons at three of its Water Reclamation Plants (WRP) _ Cobden, Camperdown, and Heywood.
The Works include, but are not necessarily limited to, the supply of all materials, plant and labour of whatever kind necessary to remove, dewater, and dispose of the sludge off site, including but not limited to the following:
- All preliminaries such as mobilisation and demobilisation, project management plans, etc.
- Obtaining all required permits and approvals
- Site works including, but not limited to:
- Removal of sludge from Heywood WRP Primary Lagoon 1
- Removal of sludge from Cobden WRP Aerated Lagoon
- Removal of sludge from Camperdown WRP Sludge Lagoon
- Dewatering of removed sludge to minimum 18% dry solids
- Minimum 3x daily testing of dewatered sludge and wastewater streams
- Supply of test results and centrifuge running logs to the Principal daily
- Transport and disposal of all dewatered sludge.
