Elliminyt Sewer Augmentation & Bannockburn Sewer Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Barwon Water is undertaking a program of infrastructure upgrades to support population growth, maintain service standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory and planning requirements across its service region.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) relates to two projects at different stages of planning and delivery:

• Elliminyt Sewer Augmentation , addressing existing capacity constraints and servicing ongoing development in the Colac region; and
• Bannockburn System Upgrade , supporting future growth associated with the Bannockburn South East Precinct Structure Plan.

The projects involve the delivery of critical water and sewer infrastructure and may be packaged and procured in one or more scopes of work to align with development staging, risk management, and efficient delivery outcomes.
