Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Moreland Council requires a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out the full range of construction services necessary for completing the works specified for constructing a new park on the former industrial site at 55-61 Tinning Street in Brunswick.

During the contract period, the Contractor will be engaged in a range of civil, landscape and architectural works, as set out in the various drawing plans, details and schedules provided in the tender documentation package provided.

Please note: There will be a non-mandatory site visit: Friday 22 November 2019 @ 9.30-10.30 AM (sharp). It is recommended that interested tenderers attend.
