Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for:
Clocktower Centre Activation and Refurbishment Works
Council seeks a suitable building contractor for activation and refurbishment works to the Clocktower Centre, Moonee Ponds. Works will incorporate upgrading existing amenities to make DDA compliant, extend the footprint of the café area, new staff kitchen amenities and extension works to first floor balcony area. Commercially registered contractors with previous experience in the construction of similar facilities will be highly regarded
