This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Program Manager, reporting to the Project Director - ICT Strategic Projects Branch, is responsible for planning and managing delivery of a portfolio of SAP CRM enhancements through the Agency’s shared service provider (DHS).
Duties include the following:
1. Develop and maintain a collaborative working culture within the program team (including OCIO Staff, NDIA Stakeholders and DHS delivery team).
2. Retain an effective working relationships with project sponsors, relevant business teams and DHS delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and effective project delivery.
3. Plan and manage periodic program, project and stakeholder review meetings (as per agreed communications and governance models) to ensure up to date reporting of program and project status.
4. Provide strategic oversight of the development and enhancements being undertaken by DHS.
5. Ensure all project are appropriately planned including agreed project scope, business requirements and acceptance criterial; and the completion of projects, delivering to agreed requirements, cost, timescales and quality.
6. Identify, assess and manage project dependencies, risks and issues and escalation appropriately as circumstances dictate.
7. Develop and maintain program schedules and resourcing plans for the whole project lifecycle
Provide regular and accurate reporting to stakeholders including the Strategic Projects Branch Leadership, ICT Committee and CIO.
