Tender Description
Provision of scheduled and on-call Bus and Local Personnel services.
Scope could include items such as:
* Charter type air-conditioned coach buses and minibuses;
* Bus drivers and supporting resources including supervisors, HSE advisors, schedulers, and administration;
* Fleet repair and maintenance and cleaning;
* Meet and greet services providing single point of contact for personnel;
* Personnel movement coordination;
* Administration support for manifesting of passengers and briefings on overnighting procedures; and
* Flexibility to scale up and down as necessary to support increased transient workforce during scheduled maintenance periods.
