Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced developers, investors, consortiums and operators to develop, operate and activate the core commercial, accommodation, travel and transport components of the proposed Quilpie Transport and Travel Precinct (QTTP).

Development opportunities may include, but are not limited to, a truck stop and service station, motel accommodation, travel services, food and beverage outlets, convenience retail, transport depots, logistics and warehousing facilities, fleet maintenance operations, vehicle storage, airport-related services and other complementary commercial or transport-related developments.
